The hall can be rented only for specific purposes and these include weddings, birthday parties, showers, banquets, and similar functions. The user is under an obligation imposed by this agreement to provide specific information.

No liquor is to be brought into or removed from the premises by the user or any other person on the premises. A charge of $10.00 per hour will be assessed for the bartender, when a bar is requested, and there are 100 people or less in attendance. More than 100 people will require 2+ bartender's - each are paid $10.00 per hour.  This fee is paid directly to the Bartender the day of the function.

The rental fee of $150 dollars will be paid prior to the event and be accompanied by a signed copy of the rental agreement.
